I've already tried disabling all my extensions and starting Firefox in 'Safe mode', but the issue persists.Īpparently, there's an extension appropriately called "Bookmark notes" that somewhat imitates the ability to add notes to bookmarks, which theoretically would allow me to update Firefox to the latest version. Sadly, other browsers I've tried don't seem to provide a similar feature, so I have to stick with Firefox v.60.0. I'm using Firefox v.60.0 because that's the last version that supports bookmarks descriptions, a feature that I extensively use and with which I've collected tons of important information throughout the years, so updating Firefox and losing all my notes would be a major hit for me. These issues started happening a few weeks ago, but the next day YouTube would go back to normal, and then the next day it would bug again, and so on and so forth, without any rhyme or reason, although the site would eventually get back to its normal working state always, but not this time - it's been almost a week since YouTube's UI has become non-functional on my end. If I "Hide" some videos from my Subscriptions feed, they reappear when I reload the page. Also, I cannot add any comments the option appears but when I try to publish my comment it just disappears. Besides the aforementioned issue, when I click on my profile picture the menu doesn't show up (only an endlessly rotating 'loading' circle appears). Not only that, but I've been gradually discovering that the complete UI has been losing functionality, up to the point that it can no longer be considered to be in working condition. Lately, I noticed that the YouTube menu panel has not been showing up on Firefox.
